Overview of Teaching and Research
Since taking up the post, he has taught courses such as crop cultivation, scientific and technological paper writing, introduction to water-saving agriculture, and guided about 8 undergraduates, 3-4 masters and 1-2 doctors every year, with an annual workload of more than 600 hours. He presided over one school-level educational reform project, participated in one national-level and one school-level educational reform project, and won the first prize of Shanxi Provincial Teaching Achievement Award (Higher Education) in 2021. In terms of scientific research, we carried out research and technology integration demonstration and promotion of dryland wheat water storage and moisture conservation, stable and efficient cultivation and cultivation technology, and the summarized results won the first and second prizes of Shanxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress (science and technology), one second prize of natural science, one third prize of Shanxi Provincial Standard Innovation Contribution Award, and one third prize of Shanxi Provincial Technical Contracting Award, It won the first prize and the second prize of the excellent scientific research achievements (science and technology) of Shanxi Province's colleges and universities. The developed green high-yield cultivation technology of optimizing water and fertilizer for wheat cultivation and sowing in irrigation areas set the record of the highest yield of wheat in Shanxi Province in 2017, 2019, 2021 and 2022, and was listed as the main technology in Shanxi Province in 2021 and 2022. Research and develop the integration and demonstration of wheat nutrition intensification and directional cultivation technology in selenium-rich areas, and the selenium research results have been listed as two points of the study of the International Selenium Research Institute in 2022.
During the period, three provincial platforms were approved, namely, the "1331 Project" key innovation and cultivation team of the Department of Education of Shanxi Province, the 1331 key laboratory of the Department of Education of Shanxi Province, and the Shanxi Functional Agricultural Engineering Research Center; The doctor workstations of "germplasm creation and cultivation physiology" of Yicheng and Xinjiang have been established. Presided over 4 national projects, 11 provincial projects, 13 authorized patents, 2 local standards, 2 monographs and 2 editorials of the National Natural Science Foundation and the National Key Research and Development Subproject; He has published more than 200 papers, 22 of which were published by the first author, 15 of which were included in SCI; In 2019, Wenxi Base was approved as "Shanxi Provincial Star Creation World", and in 2021, Hongdong and Wenxi Base were listed as "Science and Technology Academy"
